This outdated space got a full overhaul with a new aesthetic and updated design! This client had a true vision for the space and wanted to create a bright, open feel without using white cabinetry. This was a challenge and we were up for it! This modern, minimalist look is not the norm for us, which made this project even more exciting to complete. One of the biggest changes came from removing the existing passthrough and turning it into a peninsula. This simple approach provided the open concept look our client was looking for! The light flooring/backsplash combined with the black cabinets/countertops make for a striking and gorgeous contrast while getting some added texture from the wood details.
